Job Summary
The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, setting appointments, answering calls, and inquiries. The role includes physically walking the unit with customers to complete the "Walk Around Sheet", verifying warranty or recalls, processing customer information including method of payment, completing work orders, and entering information for express assessments. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required
- Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities
