Job Summary
The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, managing service department calls, preparing repair quotes, writing and closing service orders, assisting the Shop Supervisor with technician assignments, monitoring job progress, and ensuring quality and cleanliness of completed work. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with preferred experience in customer service relations and vehicle environments. The position operates Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Relations, vehicle environment and employee supervision
Additional Requirements
