Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, obtain vehicle details, and document their concerns for servicing technicians. Update clients on repair needs, costs, and timelines while monitoring daily vehicle progress. Explain completed work and charges clearly, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent service throughout the process. This role supports the dealership's goal of delivering a premier car-buying experience in Draper, UT, with Sundays off and paid training available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling customer's concerns
- Working knowledge of automotive design and mechanical technology
- Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to listen and focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
