Job Summary
The Powersports Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring seamless service transactions and high customer satisfaction. This role involves greeting customers, documenting service requests, providing repair explanations, managing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and communicating service updates. The advisor is also tasked with upselling services, handling warranty claims, processing payments, and maintaining organized records. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, motorcycle, marine, or powersports service advising preferred
- Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software
