Job Summary
Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for Technicians while updating the Service Scheduler accurately. Coordinate with the Service Supervisor and MSRs to meet repair deadlines, open work orders, and verify warranty status. Provide customer support for incoming calls and follow up during and after repairs. Source parts, manage local purchases, and process invoicing, credits, and no-charge claims. Maintain current information cascading to supervisors and review daily WIP to support invoicing and KPIs. Demonstrate safe work behaviors in support of Health and Safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service operations
