Job Summary
Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone, listen to concerns, and document service needs by inspecting vehicles and reviewing service history. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Follow proper procedures for cashing out tickets, review completed multi-point inspections, and explain applicable warranties. Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, track new and core returns, and promote sales of parts and accessories. Manage team workflow and serve as manager on duty when the store manager is out. Requires prior Service Advisor experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work five days including Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday's
