Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will deliver extraordinary experiences at the Service Counter, engage with customers, and manage transactions efficiently while maintaining a curated space. This role involves matching clients to products, preparing and packaging items for an Everyday Luxury experience, and managing service counter operations to enhance the client experience. Key qualifications include proven skills, experience with point-of-sale systems, and a commitment to Aritzia's Values. Aritzia values diversity and inclusivity in its workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
- Previous experience operating a point-of-sale system is an asset
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate
