Job Summary
Identify, recommend and document service maintenance and repairs for customers; greet customers professionally; deliver personalized service; work with technicians to identify maintenance and repairs; prepare repair orders and update databases; provide service recommendations and estimated costs; perform customer road tests to assess concerns; ensure customer satisfaction per standards; strive to meet department repair order production; may perform other service-related duties as required. Strong emphasis on customer-focused communication, selling maintenance and repairs, business-dense knowledge of Ford brand, and proficiency with CDK; requires valid Ontario driver’s license, good driving record, and multi-tasking under pressure; weekend shift availability may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- 5+ years of service advisor experience preferred.
- Ford brand experience is highly preferred.
- CDK experience is an asset.
