Job Summary
Greet service department customers promptly, listen to their needs, and clearly translate repair requirements to technicians. Provide accurate repair estimates, inspect work quality, and notify clients when vehicles are ready for pickup. Upsell additional services using low-pressure methods, manage extended warranties, and handle minor complaints while maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index scores. Keep the Service Manager informed of all issues and follow up on each repair to ensure progress.

- Must be able to sell and manage extended warranties
- Must be able to inspect repair quality
- Must be able to ensure all work is complete
- Must be able to notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Must be able to review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Must be able to handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Must be able to keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
- Must be able to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
- Must have the highest level of integrity
- Must have a stable work history
