Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in a luxury electric-vehicle service environment. Greet clients, document concerns for diagnosis and repair, explain service options with time and cost estimates, track vehicles through maintenance, manage loaner arrangements and transportation, ensure CSI KPI is met, review and revise work orders, address warranty claim rejections promptly, obtain signatures via DocuSign, collect payment for customer pay repairs, and perform final quality checks before returning vehicles to clients. Also responsible for clear communication of repairs to customers and accurate invoicing, invoicing explanations, and general front-of-house duties.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years previous automotive experience and training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
