Service Advisor & Parts Sales Specialist

Conduct in-store customer service, listen to customer symptom descriptions, clarify problems, and initiate repair work orders. Create estimates by costing materials and labor, verify warranty coverage, and communicate directly with customers. Prepare pickup and delivery schedules for new and serviced equipment while maintaining accurate customer records in the business database. Verify receipting of shipments, place stock orders, and assist with maintaining merchandise displays and departmental tools. Ensure the Parts Department remains clean and orderly, reporting shortages to the manager. Requires knowledge of construction and agriculture equipment, ability to lift 75 lbs, and proficiency with the New Holland Parts Catalog application. Full-time position with training provided for the right candidate.
