Job Summary
Service Advisor communicates with service customers to determine mechanical problems, secures agreement from customers before repairs, covers cost estimates and estimated completion times, handles minor customer complaints, follows up on repair orders, and coordinates work assignments for service technicians. Requires demonstrated customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment, and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office). Position in Mount Joy, PA (on-site).
