Job Summary
Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and schedule appointments while communicating work orders to technicians. Advise clients on necessary repairs, provide clear cost estimates, and obtain authorization before initiating work. Keep customers informed of vehicle status and completion times, maintaining detailed records of all interactions, services, and parts used. Promote dealership services and products to enhance satisfaction and drive growth. This role requires previous automotive industry experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with service software.
