Service Advisor

Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure satisfaction with repair work. Oversee the schedule for service department technicians' repairs and communicate necessary repairs to customers by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner. Maintain customer outreach and develop relationships before, during, and after services while writing cost estimates. This full-time role at our bustling Porsche service and restoration facility requires excellent written and verbal communication skills throughout the customer experience.
