Job Summary
BMW Service Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the service and repair journey, from booking to vehicle handover. Duties include managing bookings, check-ins and handovers, communicating with customers and technicians, presenting Vehicle Health Check findings, recommending additional work, maintaining service records, and contributing to customer satisfaction and performance targets. Must have a full UK driving licence and thrive in a fast-paced, premium-brand Aftersales environment. Working hours: 42.5 per week with rotating shifts; Plymouth-based role within Ocean BMW, offering development and career progression.
