Job Summary
Greet service department customers promptly, listen to their needs, and translate repair requirements to technicians while maintaining low-pressure, high-integrity up-selling of additional services and warranties. Provide accurate repair estimates, inspect work quality, and notify clients when vehicles are ready for pickup. Review and explain all repairs and associated costs, handle minor complaints, and keep the Service Manager informed of potential issues. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores per dealership standards and adhere to vehicle care policies.

- Must be able to inspect repair quality
- Must be able to ensure all work is complete
- Must be able to notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up

- Must be able to handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Must be able to keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
- Must be able to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
