Job Summary
Service Advisor role at North Battleford Chrysler Dodge within FFUN Group. You’ll be the bridge between guests and technicians, welcoming guests, conducting thorough vehicle walkarounds, checking in photos, and scheduling service, maintenance, and recalls. You’ll ensure warranty compliance, document communications clearly, advise on required services, update guests throughout the service journey, explain results, and strive for guest satisfaction. Candidate should be customer-service oriented with a tech-savvy mindset (CRM, DMS, tablets, digital tools), strong organizational skills, and a focus on accuracy under pressure. A Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License is required; PBS experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required
- A proven background in fast-paced customer service/Guest Experience or sales
- Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
- Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Positive energy and a drive to exceed Guest expectations
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience on with PBS is a plus
