Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs. Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work. Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs. Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers. Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments. Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role with a valid driver's license and clean MVR. Schedule includes nights.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must pass a background check and drug test upon offer acceptance

- Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications

- A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn
- Automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership experience
