Welcome customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document repair needs. Communicate maintenance recommendations, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel. Provide timely updates throughout the service process and ensure satisfaction from check-in to delivery. Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Honda or import dealership experience preferred
- Experience with CDK and other dealership management systems is highly preferred
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services preferred
- Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience a plus
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and recommend vehicle maintenance services
