Job Summary

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with customers and will be well-versed in customer service and creating repair orders and estimates for vehicles. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with experience in customer service, retail sales, restaurant, or hospitality. This is a Monday through Friday position with Saturdays as needed for coverage; offers medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, paid vacation, and growth opportunities in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities include overseeing workflow, creating estimates and obtaining customer approvals, delivering exceptional service to ensure customers are not mishandled, optimizing technicians' time through efficient work distribution, and ensuring smooth service operations. The role requires strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background screening.
