Job Summary
Service Advisor responsible for acting as the primary sales contact for customers, writing and selling maintenance, repairs, and tires, explaining recommendations and costs, coordinating with technicians to complete work on time, managing repair orders from write-up to invoicing and payment, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs for service categories. Role emphasizes driving profitability, customer satisfaction (targeting high scores), maintaining organization and professionalism at the front desk, and using POS and digital inspection tools to support the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
