Job Summary
Develop and present estimates, source parts, and sell jobs to customers while interpreting inspection results with technicians. Deliver superior customer service by listening and consulting clients, then contribute to peer effectiveness to promote shop success. Increase and optimize retail sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals. Maximize the safety and well-being of shop employees and act as a good corporate citizen in local communities. Requires general automotive knowledge, one year of industry experience, and excellent communication skills. Must work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
