Job Summary
Service Advisor in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. Act as the main sales contact for customers, write and sell maintenance, repairs, and tires, clearly explain recommendations and costs, coordinate with technicians to complete work on time, manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment, consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories, maintain a high standard of organization and professionalism at the front desk, and utilize POS software and digital inspection tools. Requires strong communication, multitasking ability, basic automotive knowledge, high integrity, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- Valid driver’s license required.
