Job Summary
Service Advisor position at Winrock Automotive Group in Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities include acting as liaison between customers and service technicians, scheduling service appointments, gathering vehicle data, greeting customers, documenting issues on repair orders, test-driving with customers when needed, reviewing service history, recommending additional needed service, advising on vehicle care per manufacturers' specs, providing written cost estimates for labor and parts, establishing promised times, obtaining signatures and payment details, informing dispatcher of progress, ensuring proper repair order closure, maintaining clean and organized service areas, attending meetings, and adhering to ethical professional standards. Requires 1+ year service-advisor or related experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; Reynolds and Reynolds proficiency; strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in service or related field; 1+ years’ experience as service advisor or related position, dealership experience preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge in service to advise customers
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Reynolds and Reynolds
- Understand and follow work rules, policies, and procedures
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
