Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, obtain vehicle information, and clearly report all described symptoms. Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history, then prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Establish follow-up time, monitor vehicle progress throughout the day while updating customers frequently, and verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Requires a high school diploma, one year of service advisor experience, and a proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- At least 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant, Manufacturer experience
- Above average energy level
- Personal and professional integrity
