Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, listen to automotive concerns, and act as a dedicated liaison between clients and service technicians. Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair options, and maintenance schedules without high-pressure sales tactics, prioritizing safety and satisfaction. Keep customers proactively updated on vehicle status to ensure a seamless active delivery process from drop-off to keys-in-hand. Address questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset to uphold high customer satisfaction standards. This role requires previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
