Job Summary
SERVICE CONSULTANT role bridging clients and the service team. Greet and assist service clients, correctly quote and explain repairs, maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process, coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams, manage workflow in a fast-paced environment, handle warranty and service contract submissions, ensure proper documentation and repair orders, and deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish. Ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, clear proactive communication, ability to manage a heavy workload, thrives in a structured, process-oriented environment, and values teamwork with a customer-focused mindset. Automotive service advisor experience is preferred.
