Job Summary
Service Advisor acts as the liaison between guests and technicians to ensure a positive experience: greet customers promptly, gather service needs, communicate technician recommendations, provide repair quotes, process MPI results, and assist with payments and paperwork. Responsibilities include collecting proof of insurance and licenses for loaners, obtaining approvals with extended warranty providers, and ensuring RO integrity. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment.
