Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person. Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs and resolve issues while maintaining high satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
