Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person. Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery while managing appointments, documentation, and follow-ups. Work rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM with a KPI bonus structure. Requires a bachelor's degree and fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
