Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person, communicating with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking clients to understand their needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery while managing appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups. Resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels within a rotational shift schedule spanning 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. This role offers a KPI bonus and competitive pay for those fluent in multiple languages with a bachelor's degree and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
