Job Summary
Greet incoming service clients, answer calls, and direct inquiries while documenting transport damage on PDI vehicles and processing loaner agreements. Conduct comprehensive inspections for customer vehicles, identify visible wear, and explain service options including time and cost estimates. Review and revise work orders to guarantee accurate documentation and precise time punches, ensuring all repairs meet Lucid's exacting standards before vehicle handover. Address warranty claim rejections promptly and acquire customer signatures for service authorization via DocuSign. Uphold the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) KPI and act as the final quality control step. Full-time role including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years previous automotive experience
- training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to articulate and document details
- Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology and concepts to customers
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn proprietary DMS software
- Full-time availability
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
Desired Qualifications
- AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management
