Job Summary
Service Advisor at Chelmsford Land Rover responsible for booking MOTs and services, advising customers on warranty coverage and upselling parts/accessories, liaising with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments, handling a high volume of customer interactions both in person and via telephone/online inquiries, informing customers of turnaround times, and maintaining accurate customer records. Requires excellent communication, energy, and a customer-focused approach to deliver first-class service; Kerridge/ADP experience is advantageous. Opportunities for training and progression within the team.
