Job Summary
Service Advisor role at Glasgow Audi in the UK Aftersales team. Responsibilities include booking MOTs, services and other repair work; advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories; liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments based on workload; managing a high-volume of customer interactions via telephone and online queries; informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining accurate records. Requires excellent communication skills, the ability to explain technical information clearly, and a proactive customer-first approach. Experience with Kerridge/ADP and other dealer systems is advantageous; role emphasizes teamwork and also the ability to work independently.
