Service Advisor - Lexus of Colorado Springs

Greet guests, answer calls, and set appointments. Identify mechanical problems through investigative questions, visual inspections, or road tests. Confer with customers on inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare repair orders detailing time, cost, and labor estimates. Write descriptions of customer concerns to assist technicians, explain work performed and charges, and resolve concerns effectively. Utilize top-of-the-line technology to enhance the guest experience. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
