Service Advisor - Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Wendell

Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency while determining the course of action for their vehicles. Obtain customer authorization, write up service needs, and provide accurate estimates for dollar amounts and completion times. Communicate effectively to achieve satisfactory repairs, sell necessary maintenance, and keep clients informed of vehicle prognosis. Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones at a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies to ensure a positive guest experience. Requires high school diploma, one year of related sales experience, valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills. Full-time role with competitive commission-based pay ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 monthly.
