Job Summary
Greet customers, obtain vehicle information, and build rapport while advising on maintenance per manufacturer specifications. Generate accurate repair estimates, establish completion times, and schedule appointments. Answer service calls, maintain post-follow-up procedures, and strictly adhere to warranty guidelines and federal/state laws. Manage a fast-paced environment with limited supervision while maintaining CSI goals above district, regional, and national scores. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background and drug screening. Previous automotive experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
- Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
