Service Advisor Lane Manager

Job Summary
Lead and actively participate in the daily operations of the service drive, writing repair orders, greeting customers, and assisting with service recommendations. Manage daily service lane operations and workflow; coach and support service advisors and staff; handle escalated customer concerns and monitor repair order progress with technicians and parts. Drive sales performance, labor growth, maintenance sales, and customer retention; optimize appointment scheduling and service traffic flow. Contribute to training and development of service personnel and ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards. Track KPIs such as CSI, ELR, advisor productivity, and gross profit to improve overall department performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager in an automotive dealership environment
- Proven leadership and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and repair order management
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume service drive
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dealership management systems
- Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
