Service Advisor

Greet customers to determine needs, gather data, and enter information into the dealer management system. Relay initial diagnoses, provide competitive estimates, and secure approvals while communicating repair status updates. Coordinate incoming jobs with internal staff and monitor recall and warranty information to process warranty repairs. Invoice and close out repair orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with estimates. Routinely review open repair orders with the Service Manager and participate in department meetings. Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies. Requires customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Starting salary is $52k+ with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and health insurance.
