Job Summary
Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service while taking ownership of the customer experience. Provide concierge support for owner inquiries (phone or in person) to ensure customers are not mishandled and that service is efficiently allocated among technicians. Maintain daily technician time inventory, distribute work, answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, and assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools. Oversee warranty claims administration and training of the service department; reinforce company policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster positive relationships with factories. Focus on maintaining Customer Success Index at/exceeding standards and delivering positive customer satisfaction results.
