Service Advisor

Greet customers promptly and professionally, serving as the main point of contact throughout the repair process to build strong relationships and ensure efficient service department operations. Oversee service orders, distribute repair orders between technicians, and assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns while communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly. Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index scores at or above company standards and help ensure technician productivity and daily labor sales goals are achieved. Reinforce dealership policies, foster relationships with technicians and management, and participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
