Job Summary
Service Advisor at Kocourek Automotive in Wausau, WI. Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive, listen to customer concerns, document vehicle needs, clearly explain recommended services and repairs, provide accurate estimates and timelines, communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow, keep guests updated throughout the repair process, and deliver a smooth, transparent service experience while maintaining high CSI. The role acts as the bridge between guests and technicians and supports a high-performing service department. Key skills include strong customer service and communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, basic automotive knowledge, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
