Job Summary
Process shop repair orders by scheduling work to associates, documenting diagnoses with photographs, and preparing estimates for customers and insurance companies. Liaise between clients and technicians to obtain necessary authorizations, monitor job schedules for timeliness, and manage parts inventory. Complete invoicing and collecting procedures while continuously seeking process improvements. Shift runs Monday-Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with a $192.31 bi-weekly differential. Requires a valid driver's license and CDL or ability to obtain one, plus three years of heavy-duty truck experience.

- Dependable and reliable attendance required
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows
- Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems
