Service Advisor

Service Advisor at Johnson's Trucks in Mildura, Victoria. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, greeting and checking vehicles into the workshop, handling inquiries via phone and email, managing bookings, providing vehicle updates, coordinating with technicians and parts staff, preparing job cards and paperwork, and following up on outstanding requests to keep the workshop running smoothly. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, relationship building, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. Background in hospitality, retail, reception, administration, customer service, banking, real estate, or call centers is welcomed; full training and long-term career opportunities are provided. In-person, full-time position with salary range AUD 30-38 per hour.
