Service Advisor

Greet customers, listen to needs, and schedule appointments; document vehicle information and symptoms; report vehicle symptoms clearly; determine maintenance based on age, mileage, and history; prepare complete labor and parts cost estimates; monitor progress and update customers; verify final invoice aligns with work performed and explain all charges. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, basic computer skills, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
