Job Summary
Service Advisor position at West Central Equipment (John Deere dealer) in Martinsburg, PA. Responsibilities include interpreting equipment problems through listening, clarifying, inspecting and test driving; determining warranty/maintenance applicability; developing and communicating accurate estimates; preparing and entering repair orders; assigning work to service technicians; maintaining customer relationships and equipment records; and handling billing documents and payments.
