Job Summary
Schedule appointments with customers and greet them to make them feel welcome. Work with the customer and technician to identify required services using the vehicle's service history. Advise customers on necessary or suggested services, costs, and current special promotions. Compute costs for replacement parts and labor while addressing questions and needs promptly and professionally. Ensure comprehensive re-delivery checks verify vehicle cleanliness and that all scheduled service or repairs are completed. Review customer satisfaction survey results with the service manager and meet dealership standards for repair order production.
Required Qualifications
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Professional personal appearance
- 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred
