Job Summary
Welcome clients, document repair requests, and build estimates with confidence. Review Digital Vehicle Inspection findings using photos and technician notes to educate clients on maintenance and repairs. Schedule appointments, manage vehicle workflow, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently. Communicate repair progress and completion updates while following up post-service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Maintain a professional, organized, and positive front office environment. This 4-day schedule (Monday through Thursday) includes a salary of $56,000 to $72,800 and comprehensive benefits including a retirement plan with employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent repair shop
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain vehicle repairs in a way clients understand
- Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to educate clients and build trust
- Strong organizational and time management skills while handling multiple repair orders
- The ability to prioritize work and coordinate effectively with technicians
- A positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help people
- Pride in providing outstanding client service and attention to detail
