Job Summary
Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments and repairs while advising customers on necessary maintenance and repair work clearly and accurately. Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor job progress and completion, ensuring all service documentation and systems remain up to date and compliant. This role serves as the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey at JCT600, building long-lasting relationships by managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive customer support role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment
