Job Summary
Greet customers, diagnose mechanical issues through questioning and visual inspection, and present accurate repair estimates. Collaborate with technicians, the parts department, and foremen to resolve service needs, while organizing and prioritizing shop and field technician workflows. Process warranty repair orders, explain completed work and charges, and make promotional calls to drive business. Ensure optimal customer turn times and secure the facility at shift close. Requires high school graduation, mechanical experience, and proficiency in Excel and the Exceed operating system. Full-time role in Altoona, Iowa with DOE pay of $28-$39/hour.
